Refund and Returns Policy

Digital service
We provide digital license processing, not physical goods.

Before submission to a state

  • Cancel within 30 minutes of payment: 100% refund minus non-refundable payment fees, if processing has not started.

After submission to a state

  • Many state fees are non-refundable. If we have already submitted your application, refunds are limited to our service fee only, and only when the issue is our error.

Approved licenses

  • Once a license is issued/approved, the order is non-refundable.

Denials and mistakes

  • If a state denies due to ineligibility or incorrect customer data, state fees are not refundable.

  • If the denial is caused by our processing error, we will reprocess at no charge or refund our service fee.

Duplicate orders

  • Report duplicates within 24 hours. If not yet submitted, we void one order and refund fully. If submitted, only unsubmitted portions are refundable.

Processing delays

  • Delays caused by state systems or verification do not qualify for refunds unless we have not acted within our stated handling window of [e.g., 24 hours].

Chargebacks

  • Please contact us first. Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed and could result in account restriction.

How to request a refund
Email info@globalfishinglicense.com with: order number, full name, state, reason, and any supporting documents. We respond within 2 business days.

Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the processor/bank.
